An athletic class with a focus on the next level of postures. Attention to micro-movements and techniques will be the intention of the session.

Gentle Yoga –
This Class incorporates simple flowing sequences to warm up the body, as well as slower-paced movements focusing on alignments, strength, balance, and flexibility. No experience or flexibility is required.
Esterhazy Yoga Collective classes will be taught by a group of local yoga instructors, providing a lot of variety for our students.
We recognize that 10 weeks is a longer commitment and we want to be as flexible as possible for our students. You have a couple of options for registration,
You can pay $140 and register for one of the classes (10 weeks)
You can purchase a punch card for $150, the card will expire at the end of May and any classes not used in the 10-week session could be applied to the Spring Session (after Easter). You can also use the card when you want to attend both Wednesday & Thursday evening classes, or if you want an evening and Thursday morning class.
The drop-in rate will be $15.00/class if that is the best option for your schedule.

Yoga Flow –
In this Class, the foundational Yoga postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility. Breathing techniques and meditation are integrated. You can expect an emphasis on flexibility, repetition, and ease of movement.
We recognize that 10 weeks is a longer commitment and we want to be as flexible as possible for our students. You have a couple of options for registration,
You can pay $140 and register for one of the classes (10 weeks)
