Yin is a slower class than both the gentle and the Thursday evening classes as we will be creating shapes in our bodies and sustaining the shape sometimes assisted by props. It is not a restorative class even though we are holding postures and using props. If you have an injury associated with the tissues the class is targeting, please take time to heal first before participating.
