Gentle Yoga –

This Class incorporates simple flowing sequences to warm up the body, as well as slower-paced movements focusing on alignments, strength, balance, and flexibility. No experience or flexibility is required.

Esterhazy Yoga Collective classes will be taught by a group of local yoga instructors, providing a lot of variety for our students.

We recognize that 10 weeks is a longer commitment and we want to be as flexible as possible for our students. You have a couple of options for registration,
You can pay $140 and register for one of the classes (10 weeks)

You can purchase a punch card for $150, the card will expire at the end of May and any classes not used in the 10-week session could be applied to the Spring Session (after Easter). You can also use the card when you want to attend both Wednesday & Thursday evening classes, or if you want an evening and Thursday morning class.

The drop-in rate will be $15.00/class if that is the best option for your schedule.

Please contact Shirley Berthelet for more information:
