My classes are fun, flowing and creative with clear instruction on alignment in an easy-going environment that will help strengthen and challenge your mind body and spirit. I teach every class with my heart and intuition with the knowledge I have learnt. I understand we are all on our own journey and I am all about what feels right for you while still helping you find your edge. I am grateful and excited to have the opportunity to be able to guide you into your breath to explore, accept and release as I expand my own learning and practice.
I am a mother of three amazing boys which keeps me on my toes. Yoga allows me to honour and connect with myself while helping me stay centred as I journey through this busy life.
I started practicing yoga to help heal some injuries and have experienced the benefits first hand. I knew then that I wanted to help others release and heal too and so I started to take my teacher training and here I am
I feel like yoga found me to help me heal from the inside out.
I believe yoga can benefit everyone whatever their state, condition or ability level and my intention is to help others even if it’s in the smallest way to bring release, healing, self love and gratitude for themselves because they are worth it.
