Yoga for Runners provides a unique opportunity for cross training. The 6 week and 8 week workshops build a solid base of understanding of runners anatomy and give the participant the basics of pose construction. Taking advantage of the workshop will give the student a higher degree of confidence when incorporating yoga into their weekly training program.
YfR classes focus on runner specific issues with an emphasis on strengthening weak muscles and stretching tight muscles common to both competitive and recreational runners.
