Thru encouragement from friends I found myself on a yoga mat. After the class my mind felt at ease, my body had a workout & I felt refreshed. Did I mention my mind felt at peace. This was a new feeling for me. And I wanted more of that. My yoga journey had begun. Thru BreatheMoveBe, I completed my Fitness Yoga Instructor course and continued on to take my 200 hour training thru Inspiritus Yoga. Yoga meets you where you are at – at any fitness level and takes you on an amazing journey of self discovery. As my friends encouraged me to yoga, I do too encourage you to join me in my beginner classes. Excited to see you on the mat.
